We went to pick out a real Christmas tree last night. All I have to say is we will never do that again, although my house does smell amazing! Here are my boys in front of the reindeer.
And here they are in Santa's sleigh.
It was seriously so freezing out, so we took some quick pictures and hurried to pick out a tree, then Grayson and I went to the car while the big boys took care of business and got it to the car.
Grant pretending to drive the sleigh! He was laughing so hard as he yelled out the reindeer's names like Santa does!
When we got it home, it was the biggest fiasco ever. And to top it all off Jared only bought enough lights to cover half the tree. So we just decorated half last night.
It doesnt matter though because Grant had fun decorating half, and then he got to finnish the other half tonight!
Daddy is helping Grayson put a special ornament on the tree.
Grant loves to get all the ornaments out and remember them from the last year. We talk about where they came from and the story behind each one. I love our ornaments because they are all so special!
Does anyone remember this one I bought last year, for the baby we were praying for? Last year when we put it on the tree I was full of hope. This year putting it on the tree I am full of gratitude. I am so blessed to have my amazing little Grayson!
Grant told me he really wanted a star this year for the top of the tree, and we all know if Grant wants it then Grant is going to get it. Some things never change. ;) Arent they so cute putting the star on top?
Grayson loved sitting and looking at the tree lights and watching us decorate. He just kept smiling and cooing. It was so sweet!

Oh no! You should have called us! Grant would have LOVED to come over and help you! And Grayson would have loved to watch! LOL That is really sad! We will come over and help you out anytime!!
